Sika Twum is a certified International Gestalt practitioner, transformational leadership coach, and organisational systems developments consultant whose work over the past three decades has been pivotal in advancing human potential, women’s leadership, and organisational transformation across Africa and beyond.
Sika is the dynamic Founder and CEO of SESG Human Capital (formerly Self Search Ghana), a pioneering human capital development firm known for delivering strategic services to public and private sector organizations, as well as international development agencies. With a career that blends deep systems thinking, policy advisory, and talent development, Sika has become a trusted force in leadership and human resource consultancy. She has led flagship programs with institutions such as MTN, the World University Service of Canada (WUSC), GTVET (Ghana Technical and Vocational Education and Training) and the Ghana Education Service, among others.

Nana Akosua is a dynamic Human Resource Development leader with over 20 years of experience across Africa, Asia, and Europe. She specializes in talent development, cultural change, and leadership coaching, empowering individuals to uncover their potential and rise beyond limitations. As Executive Director of SESG Human Capital and BMBS Coaching, she is passionate about youth development, workplace transformation, and unlocking human excellence through strategic HR systems. A psychologist by training and CIPD Associate, she is a catalyst for purposeful growth in people and organizations.

Dr. Stella Agyenim-Boateng is a revered HR thought leader and public sector reformist with extensive C-suite and board-level experience across industries.
